I am passionate about dispute resolution. There is nothing that pleases me more than see parties understand and appreciate the other parties views and respect the rights that the other party has and offer a solution either through a mediation process or Arbitration process. I hold a MAster's degree in Computer Engineering from BITS Pilani, an MBA in Marketing, PGDM in Operations Management, Phd in Management and LLB degrees. I have over 30 years of Corporate experience and have been an entrepreneur too. I feel totally equipped to be a neutral after my successful training with IIAM in Arbitration and my week long program with Mediators of Supreme Court of India.Currently an Advocate since march 2021Previously an entrepreneur, an engineer, analyst, market researcher.
