I enjoy listening to and understanding different perspectives before reaching to any conclusion.Listening for understanding is the most effective technique for getting to mutual understanding. I understand the problems of the parties and tend to pave ways that shall ensure that both the parties have their rights and interests protected.I believe, a neutral should not necessarily be an expert in law, however a neutral must be an excellent listener.I am passionate about the work I do and I believe my previous experiences have helped me build my confidence and has prepared me for the rigor any role would demand.Moreover, I am flexible, quick to pick up new things, positive and always eager to learn from others.
