Preeti Bhushan Walimbe

I am practising on the Appellate side of Bombay High Court. I received Sanad in the year 2003. I started practising with my father Advocate Prakash Tendulkar. Thereafter I Joined the chamber of Hon’ble Justice M.S.Karnik. I was in his Chamber for two years. Thereafter I got married and started on my own with my Husband Adv Bhushan Walimbe.I am based in Navi Mumbai. I am dealing with mostly Civil and property disputes. However I have filed several Criminal Writ Petitions as well. I have enrolled for the course of M. A Mediation by Maharashtra National University of Law,Mumbai. Currently the course is running its second semester. I have urge for mediating matters, as I always want Justice for the litigant community and not just dates or orders from the court. A dispute should be resolved and not judged,which can happen only in Mediation and not in Court.Hence,looking forward.
