I am a Managing Partner at Yende Legal Associates and President of Global Vision India Foundation, an NGO with consultative status with the United Nations. I had established a Pre-litigation center and started an ADR course during my tenure as Professor & Head of the Department of Law, University of Mumbai in 2015. I have a distinguished academic career with degrees LL.B.; LL.M., Ph.D., and D.Lit. Passed a public credential program on “Public Policy Designing" conducted by the Harvard Kennedy School, USA., and the “Entrepreneurship Edge” program of London Business School. With over 44 years of experience in administration, teaching, and the legal profession, I have participated in many national and international conferences and published articles on alternative dispute resolution. I have successfully resolved disputes as an empanelled Mediator, and referred by the Bombay High Court, and the Maharashtra State Consumer Commission, Mumbai. I am a certified ODR professional by “SAMA”, and I have been appointed Lokpal (Ombudsperson) of Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. I have authored seven books. My book “Medicine & the Law” has been prefaced by Hon. Justice Bhushan Gavai (now a Judge, the Supreme Court of India). Received numerous accolades, including Notable Awards.
