I am a advocate practicing at the Madras High Court for over 34 years. My area of practice is mainly in the Original Side of the High court with expertise in commercial law. I have handled matters in the field of recovery, company law, arbitration, intellectual property and admiralty law. I have been appointed arbitrator in several 1000s of references ever since the year 2000 and as such I experience as an arbitrator for 24 years. My experience in the practice of arbitration is over 30 years. I have also conducted trials in suits in varied fields of law referred to earlier. I have also practised in the appellate and writ jurisdictions of the Madras High Court. I have practiced on the criminal side in cases relating to search and seizure of infringing products in Trade Mark, Copy Right, passing off and Design matters and in cheque dishonour matters. I have conducted trial in Patent infringement matters. I have obtained arrest of vessels under the Admiralty jurisdiction of the Madras High Court.
