Having a good understanding of the ADR laws, theories & practices in Arbitration and Mediation; I've a first-hand experience of designing and implemented Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Group level & Organization/ System level Behavioral Interventions. I've the ability to assist and be helpful to the parties; for them to identify the merits, gaps and the common grounds in a dispute while remaining 'Neutral' keeping the ownership with them. And with active listening, empathetic approach; keeping the Person and the Problem separate; I bring high-quality organizational, analytical and refined investigative skills on the table that are often get utilized on my initiative or request of the parties in my role as a Neutral helping them to think deeper/ reflect and identify alternate/ probable options & solutions.
