DR. BIBHAS GANGULY

I have more than 33 years of experience in various Government Departments under the Central & State. I was Registrar-in-charge of the National Company Law Tribunal, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI, I was also the Secretary & Registrar of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ministry of Finance, GOI, I also worked as Joint Director(HQs) in UD & MA Department, relating to Urban & Local Self Governance, I was also Registrar & CVO in a Film Institute under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, GOI & I served in many other posts. I also served as Nodal Officer for Departmental court cases and drafted Reasoned Orders as per directions of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta. I have successfully completed by securing high marks the Professional Certificate in Commercial Arbitration, from IIAM. I have been enrolled as a Domestic as well as International Arbitrator under APCAM. My qualifications are: B.Sc., M.A.[Env], LL.B., LL.M., Ph.D. [Management]. Completed certification in Law of Contract from Harvard University.
