Since, I have started practising law as an Advocate I have taken a keen interest in arbitration and participated in Arbitrations as a counsel. I have also done International Arbitration Law I and International Arbitration Law II at LSE, London. While practising as a litigating lawyer, I have taken note of the deep despair of long trials and the cumbersome burden on Courts. I, personally would like to see a forum grow where simple matters don't require complicated processes. This is where ODR comes in.
