First of all what brings me here as a neutral is my immense passion for alternate dispute resolution. And what makes me passionate is the purpose - the purpose of resolving the dispute quickly and in a way which is least strenuous and draining to the Parties in conflict. As far as my qualifications and experience is concerned - I am a LLM from Columbia University and have more than 17 years of experience in practicing commercial law and transactional law, both as partner of leading law firms and as very senior in house counsel at one of the large listed company. I deeply understand how any kind of relationship linked to business be it business to customer or business to business comes into being and what usually underlies the disputes, the relevant laws and how they are applicable to the dispute. What I understand is that the conflict or problem needs to be addressed and not the people so as a neutral I dont have any biases and I attend to the problem at hand.I am also a certified mediator and a certified coach which helps me understand disputes deeper than what it appears at the surface.
