Foram Gala is a first-generation lawyer & the co-founder of F & S LAW CHAMBERS. She graduated with a B.L.S; LL.B from India's oldest & most prestigious institute, The Government Law College and further pursued her Masters in Law (LL.M) in Corporate & Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School. With outstanding acumen, Gala has been a ranker throughout law school & a recipient of the S. Venkateswaran Scholarship of Law.She has devoted much of her career advocating mediation & collaborative dispute resolution as first-hand resorts. She specialises in cases of divorce, custody, domestic violence, maintenance, and guardianship, among others. Known as a peacemaker, she not only settles family disputes, wills, trusts, and estates but also holds expertise in family & relationship counseling. She is a trained Civil-Commercial Mediator from the ADR-ODR International, U.K & registered with The Singapore International Mediation Institute.Well versed in trial procedures, due diligence compliances, preparation of documents and research, she tackles cases with tenacity & proper analysis of the situation. She routinely appears at the Bombay High Court and regularly represents before the Competent Authorities like CIDCO & MHADA, The Joint Registrar of societies, Collector of Stamps Thane & Alibaug, Charity Commissioner, Registrar of Firms, and many other law enforcement agencies.
