I am professionally qualified, with BA (Hons) Economics and MBA degrees, and have an experience of 30+ years as business manager and leader in the private corporate sector, across multiple industries. Subsequent to that I have obtained my LLB degree in 2019, and in 2020 I have completed the 45 hours Training on Commercial Mediation & Negotiation that is conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.Further, by nature and training I believe that I am a good listener, rational and objective.This mix of knowledge, experience and attitude should be of good help in the role of a Mediator.Mediation is clearly my preferred choice - both for myself (in terms of my perceived strengths) as well as for the resolution of various disputes. 30+ years in the private corporate sector, with the last decade plus in Hero Honda Motors Ltd. and Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. in senior management positions. Earlier experience has been in business and general management positions.
