Bhawna Sharma

I am a Delhi University graduate with a major in Political Science followed up with LLB from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed-to-be University, Pune. I worked as a legal consultant for Central Government Standing Counsel at a prominent Law Firm named Gogna and Company in Delhi, where I coordinated with bureaucrats and Govt. ministries. I also had experience in conflict resolution at the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), Ministry of Women & Child Development, where I monitored NCPCR’s Benches in Aspirational districts for investigation of complaints concerning violations and deprivation of child rights. I’ve proved myself to be an efficient and hardworking employee while handling sensitive cases concerning violations/deprivation of child rights. Therefore, I believe SAMA would benefit from my skills in building a strong client-friendly environment by projecting a positive attitude even under pressureI worked as a legal consultant under the supervision of the Central Government Standing Counsel, High Court of Delhi, where I assisted him in drafting, researching, and managing court cases. I also served as a consultant in the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. I handle grievances related to children and conduct field visits to Tihar Jail, Child Care Institutions, and Juvenile homes.
