Lakshit Singhal

Lakshit is a practicing lawyer with over 6 years of experience in the field of commercial laws, Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law. He has garnered multi-industry experience having worked with individuals and businesses spanning across E-commerce, FMCG, Clothing and Fashion, Stationery, Retail, EdTech, Agriculture Tech etc, both in India and abroad. He has completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. Mr. Singhal has successfully represented clients in the Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts and various tribunals such as National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and various other National and State Commissions and Authorities. He has been part of many mediation proceedings in the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre, Patiala House Court (Delhi), Karkardooma Court (Delhi) and Dwarka Court (Delhi). He is also a registered Trademark Attorney and advises clients on IP laws and regulations affecting their business, in addition to drafting and reviewing their business documents such as non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, vendor agreements etc. He currently handles IP portfolios for many startups and businesses in the country and appears regularly before the Trademark Office in India.
