Prerna Khatri

Having graduated in 2014, I am an independent legal professional with over 8 years of experience in civil and corporate practice. Resolution of disputes through alternative modes such as that of arbitration and mediation has been my preferred area of expertise. In 2016, I completed my Masters in International Business and Commercial Laws from the University of Manchester, UK and did my thesis in the area of International Arbitration Practice and secured a First Class. From 2014 till date, I have been actively involved in arbitration proceedings across India, as well as Mediation both through the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority and Med-Arb. I am keen on specializing and expanding my career in the area, and providing accessible means of dispute resolution.
