Naresh Vassudhev

I retired from the corporate world after serving for nearly 4 decades as Senior Vice President handling Operations including Legal and HR.I am now practicing as an Advocate in Madras High Court and other District Courts in the following fields: Business and Commercial Laws, Company Law, IPR, Consumer Protection, Rent Court, RERA. Passed Law in 1977 and re-enrolled on June 14, 2014 with Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Pondicherry MA/751/2014. I have also completed an online certification on IPR with WIPO, Geneva. I understand mediation and have the right skill and aptitude to facilitate two parties come together and write their own judgement. My matured age of 66 is my USP.
