I would be a great neutral because I am a great listener, I allow people to rant and let go of their emotions. I have also been reading about legal design recently and I believe that lawyers should work with clients to prevent disputes and contracts should be drafted to prevent disputes. I am also very forward facing in my practice, I use document automation in my day to day practice. I would be happy to be a online case manager/mediator and I would love to facilitate ODR in India.I have been associated with Ojas law firm in Chennai. During my time there, I have practiced before the high court, family court, I have also been practicing independently, primarily helping startups navigate legal issues and helping them with their contracts.
