I have been practising law for last several years on the Civil Side and Property matters. During that time my experience in the corporate side and civil side has given me an insight into differences between persons/groups leading to become a Mediator. Training with Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre and ADR ODR International has given me totally new perspective and confidence to be a successful Mediator. Being a Director of a small financial firm meeting financial needs of marginalised society has given more insight into commercial transactions. A short stint with a Multi National Corporation in the Personnel Department has exposed me to HR/Labour Matters. Heading a civic association has honed my skill of problem-solving abilities. Patience and listening abilities have made me successful in area of my professional and personal life. Confidentiality is the key style to my mediation which has earned respect of one and all.
