I do not have any “reason”, “motive” or “intention” to support any one side of the dispute. (I think that liberates me of any kind of a criminal liability). Moreover, as advocates, when we can fight for our clients with the greatest of our might, even though we know that it is among the weakest of all our cases, then being a neutral is not even a task for us. Talking about the qualities required for the job, utmost patience, power balancing, witty convincing techniques without looking to be prejudicial are some of my positives. Finally, I am looking into this greatly because it serves a national cause of off loading the ever increasing the burden of the judiciary and for such a great cause of all it takes is being a neutral then I am totally into it.
