I am practicing senior Advocate having rich experience of 40 years on civil side, I have rendered services as Arbitrator & Conciliator for 17 years with Agakhan Arbitration & Conciliation Board.I have also taken training for Conciliation. I have worked as Counsel for the Nationalized Banks which has given me enriched experience of both documentation & litigation. Likewise, I am also Advocate for govt industrial corporation & govt Power Corporation.I have conducted matters pertaining to Arbitration & Conciliation Act giving me thorough knowledge of the said Act.I have also worked as Advocate of Municipal Corporation.Both my Father & Elder brother have served as JUDGE. My sister was Manager with RBI.Thus, I have vast and long experience of 40 years in legal field & 17 years experience in field of Arbitration & Conciliation.
