In every Arbitration or Conciliation proceeding, it remains my continuous endeavour to remain independent and impartial which, in my opinion, is the sole way to justice to either of parties in an ADR proceeding. I practice in the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta especially in property dispute and ancillary civil matters, service, matrimonial dispute matters and also arbitration matters under Section 9 or 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 in several business disputes and also successfully represented the Government of India in several PIL matters at the said Hon'ble High Court, e.g. demonetization matter, Narada Scam matters and others. I have conducted several arbitration proceedings including some notable cases, e.g. L&T Ltd vs A. Subekha etc. and also successfully mediated several matrimonial disputes. I am an independent practitioner in the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta and a member of the Calcutta High Court Bar Association. I have been trained especially by my father who is a senior member of the Bar Association of the High Court at Calcutta, besides I have been fortunate enough in assisting some stalwart counsels in several matters.
