Tarun Agarwal

Tarun Agarwal is a leading dispute resolution lawyer undertaking contentious and non contentious matters in the field of corporate and commercial laws.Tarun is a graduate of Gujarat National Law University, a leading law school in India. He has been a research assistant for the Law Commission of India and the Global Pound Conference (International Mediation Institute) - a non for profit initiative driving transparent solutions to mediation worldwide. Tarun has undertaken the Arbitration Training Program conducted by Mr. V Inbavijayan (International Arbitrator) organised by Gujarat National Law University. He was awarded as the outstanding performer in the Arbitration Training Program achieving a grade O (outstanding). Tarun has also undertaken a certificate program in peaceful settlement of international disputes. Tarun is a co-author of a book titled Internation Litigation - by and against India, published by the Eastern Book Company. He has co-authored a research paper titled Arbitrability of Fraud in India in the Young Arbitrators Review, Portugal. Tarun has worked as a Law Trainee under Hon'ble Justice A.K. Sikri, Judge, Supreme Court of India working on matters concerning alternate dispute resolution. He is currently working as a dispute resolution lawyer with Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (Edelweiss Financial Service Limited). Tarun manages disputes ranging from Rs. 30 Crores to Rs. 500 Crores.
