The nature of my curriculum program has a subject ADR under which I have attended the proceedings in a Mediation Centre as well I am aware of the legal aspect towards it, As a lawyer, I believe to understanding both the challenges and rewards of helping parties in conflict reach an agreement by getting past differences in positions, by understanding each other’s perspectives better and by finding ways to get their important interests met while staying true to their values. And I trust I have these capabilities to be Neutral under SAMA.
