Neutral Description
I believe integrity is the prerequisite of being neutral. In case of disputes involving parties one or more known to me, the law prescribes the way to disclose it and recuse from the case upon request. Being a trained and certified ADR professional and practicing as an advocate in large number of cases involving ADR methods as well, i understand the place neutrality occupies in the process. Above everything else, it is a settled principle that for progress in career, there is no shortcut. Also, Practicing Advocate in individual capacity, in Trial Courts, DRTs, Labor courts, Arbitration Tribunals, Consumer Forums at District, State and National Levels, High Courts, etc.
