I like to go deep into the matter and every issue raised by a party is of prime importance. I believe what is true and fair must be given through the means of the justice to the concerned party. Emotions and feelings must not override the true aspects of every case as showcased by the documents and other evidences. Evidences speak for themselves and the verdict must be given based on the the same without and undue favour or partiality . It is a prime duty of every arbitrator as he somehow puts himself/herself in the shoes of a judge. I have worked with esteemed law firms and under renowned lawyers whoi have helped me gained experience in different fields of law such as arbitration, litigation , Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Real Estate issues and disputes, liasioning work with the government departments. I have represented both private clients and organizations which were empanelled in the law firms where I gained professional experience. Currently , I have started my own law firm by the name of RJ Legal in Alaknanda, New Delhi.
