I am a Fouzi by Heart and Lawyer by Profession !!! I carry with me 15 yrs experience in Indian Air Force (IAF) as Ground Duty Engineer (Aerospace Engg., & Missile Tech.) and Fouzi Discipline, Devotion & Sense of Duty. Post-IAF, I joined Law Practice in New Delhi in 2002 in Civil, 138 Cheque Bouncing cases in District Courts, and then Company Cases in Delhi High Court. Then I switched to Supreme Court in 2009 and then in 2010, I cleared prestigious exam conducted by Hon'ble Supreme Court and became most coveted portfolio in Supreme Court law practice - Advocate-on-Record (AoR) w.e.f. 2011. By practice as AoR, I am eligible to impart training eligible & budding Advocates to appear in said Exam and become AoR.On law practice front, I have specialization in Medical & related Professional liability and Negligence laws in particular and Consumer Cases. FERA/FEMA, Money Laundering Laws, Environmental Laws and Service/Employment issues are my niche areas of practice.I also have exposures in Corporate Contract Laws including Contract drafting and interpretations. I also have Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law practice in NCLT/NCLAT, New Delhi.I also have profound understanding of ADR process including, Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation. I wish to kick-start my services to ADR including ODR, both nationally and internationally.Recently, I have submitted my draft Thesis to my PhD Guide on issues of Cross-Border Commercial Insolvency under International Laws (from JNU, New Delhi).And, after with all these experiences and exposures, my most likeable area of law practice as Mediator. I am concluding an online Course on Commercial Mediation from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), New Delhi (under Min. of Law & Justice & Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India).I resolve to solve.
