I'm a Co-Founder of Foundation for Comprehensive Dispute Resolution (FCDR), Chennai. I have completed 4 training courses ranging from basic training to advanced training. My training focused on all aspects of a successful mediation starting from basic concepts to drafting the final settlement agreement. I have been an active mediator in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court from the year 2005 and have mediated a variety of disputes relating to civil, commercial and matrimonial cases. Further, as one of the five founder trustees of Foundation for Comprehensive Dispute Resolution (FCDR), Chennai, I have mediated cases in the private mediation space as well. I have mediated more than 300 cases and have succeeded in bringing about settlement in nearly one hundred cases. I prefer a combination of styles with a bias for facilitative style of mediation.
