I, being an Advocate and an officer of the Court of Law, keep the legal aspects during such proceedings which benefits my clients, which also enables my clients to get a better understanding as to how things actually work and how it may benefit them. Morever, I focus on giving a brief to my clients before entering into mediation proceedings and a jist as to how the said proceedings will be taking place and I prepare them well in advance before entering into the mediation.
