1.Problem solving experience in diverse domains- engineering , business and law- has made realise the value of choosing less contentious modes of problem solving.2. Been on both sides of the legal divide- as a client seeking justice and as a facilitator of justice(lawyer) which has made me more empathetic and sensitive.3. Have personally believed and practised the principle of ‘litigation as the last resort’ in my professional life despite the exigencies involved.4. Switched to law from being an engineer because of the disillusionment with court system and the ineptitude of some of the lawyers. Hence, this would be my opportunity to justify the shift.
