I am an Advocate with 22 years of experience at the Bar. I have been trained and accrediated by MCPC - High court of Madras as Mediator since 2008. Presently I am aslo accredited mcpc trainer - mediator. I have been practicing mediation for the past 10 years - court referred matters- High Court, Family Court, District Court , Labour Tribunal. I have mediated more than 600 cases. And I have a success rate of more than 35% in mediation. I am also the secretary of the Tamil Nadu Mediators and Conciliators Association and Founder of the Forum - Ambassadors of Mediation. We have conducted several programmes to spread the message of mediation among public at large. Recently I had been to Kolkatta on28th April 2018 along with Mr. Sriram Panchu, Renouned Mediator - conducting one day awarness programme through Mediators India and High court of Kolkatta.
