I am a student of law and have been practising before various arbitral tribunals as well as Court of law including but not limited to the High Court of Gujarat since the year 2016. I have developed my independent practice since more than a one year now and have more than 50 cases under my belt. I have an innate understanding for commercial as as well as criminal disputes and in the past I have settled cases out of court also. I believe in these unprecedented time like the Covid Virus pandemic, it would be in the interest of the litigants that initiatives are taken to negotiate on disputes and settle them out of court as the courts will be choking with fresh matters as well as pending cases as and when things return back to normal functioning. I would be deeply humbled if I would be able to use my skills and help parties settle and negotiate on disputes for which they would otherwise approach the Courts of law as much as possible.
