I am a practicing dispute resolution lawyer currently working with a law firm in Mumbai. I extensively advise and represent clients in commercial arbitrations.I acted as a core case manager in Delhi and Rajasthan Lok Adalats organised by SAMA. I led a team of 15 case managers to conduct the Lok Adalats and help people resolve their disputes amicably. I have also provided training to case managers for the Lok Adalat organised in Kerela. I believe ADR should not be seen as an alternative anymore but as a primary step towards the resolution of disputes. I aspire to constantly work on this vision and make justice accessible to all.
