For a person of my age, I have substantial experience in Arbitration and Mediation. I have represented various parties in several Arbitrations proceedings conducted at Delhi International Arbitration Centre and attended various mediation proceedings as a representative of Empanelled Mediator at 'Samadhan'(Mediation Centre at Delhi High Court) apart from representing parties as their counsel.Having worked under the aegis of one of the Hon'ble Justices of High Court of Delhi for 15 months, have honed my adjudication skills.I have fair understanding of Civil(including consumer), Commercial(including banking) and Corporate law and of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.Independent Advocate with 4 years experience in diverse fields.
