Balaji Harish Iyer

I obtained an LLM degree in International Dispute Resolution, with a 120-hours mediation training, from Humboldt Universität zu Berlin in 2018. I obtained a BA, LLB (Hons) degree from National Law University, Delhi in 2015. I am a civil & commercial mediator, certified by ADR Group, UK. I commenced practice as an advocate in the Bombay High Court in 2015 and took a brief sabbatical in order to pursue my Master's degrees in laws. Since commencing practice, I have supported clients as an advocate in court-mandated mediations and acted as a court-appointed mediator in several pre-institution mediations.
