I am an Associate at a start-up law firm in India. I have completed my BBA., LLB and am an LLM Candidate at UC Berkeley. After working with a plethora of different cases in India and abroad, I have learned and recognised the importance of understanding each side and aspect of a case. After being involved with different arbitration and mediation cases as well as training with CIArb and IIAM, I have learned the responsibility, neutrality and analytical skills required for a neutral. I am a detail-oriented person with good leadership and analytical skills, understanding that every dispute resolution mechanism requires different approaches - mediation requires more of a consensus building approach while arbitration requires more of an analytical approach.
