As far as my competency to conduct effective and result oriented arbitration proceedings are concerned, it must be borne in mind that I am a regular mediator before the District Courts in Delhi and effectively assist the parties in arriving at a mutually conducive decision which effectively resolves most disputes that parties get into. As far as neutrality is concerned, it is the foremost duty of a lawyer to resolve dsiputed without any inherent bias and should there be any bias, a lawyer must recuse from the case itself thereby maintaining a level playing field among the parties and most importantly maintaining the sanctity of the dispute resolution professional in the eyes of the parties.
