My hands-on experience in arbitration law has allowed me the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the field both as a lawyer contesting high stakes matters for notable names of the infrastructure industry and also as an aid to a lawyer appointed an arbitrator in multiple cases by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court. In addition, I have also had the opportunity to see numerous matters through to constructive conclusions by the process of mediation, having witnessed some of the brightest minds before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court mediation center at work. My undying belief in the process of dispute resolution through a more inquisitorial approach like mediation and conciliation makes me a suitable neutral to allow resolution beyond the basic adversarial approach of the judicial system.
