I am a lawyer with more than 8 years of legal and professional experience ranging from running an independent multi service law firm, working with a senior counsel, working with diverse and global entities such as McKinsey India and UNHCR India. I have also worked in the social sector with Association for Democratic Reforms and have been actively involved in RTI in the role of a consultant with onlinerti.com. I am also empanelled as a Legal Aid Counsel with Delhi State Legal Services Authority with south east district. I have done a significant number of arbitration matters relating to infrastructure projects, commercial transactions and highway construction along with SME and banking related matters. My diverse experience and exposure in litigation, dispute resolution and corporate advisory has equipped me with skills required for mediation, arbitration and other alternate dispute resolution methods.
